Ongoing Distributed Lawfare
The one consistent ‘given’ in the world of crypto appears to be not merely that the lawyers always win but that lawfare is the largest element of crypto discussion much of the time. It certainly feels that way when looking at the market structure of crypto and the DLT phenomenon from the perspective of Bitcarnage.

The argument is (via Bloomberg) for Crypto Firm Sues SEC To Fend Off Oversight Of Ethereum but then comes news that perhaps it is not all one way travel as Blockworks ponders Is The SEC Weighing A Lawsuit Against Consensys?
That the SEC may be on further litigious manoeuvres is added to by The Street albeit they appear more concerned that the SEC is dragging its feet purely on an Ethereum ETF with initial rejections expected (reported as : Regulators Expected To Deal Major Blow To U.S. Crypto Market - Thestreet).
