Worryingly, Forbes reports on Crypto’s Obstacle Course Towards A Bipartisan Clarity Compromise, albeit the story notes “ethics remain a sticking point” and it’s still not clear that a reconciled bill can pass. In a political twist which may presage Democratic reluctance to endorse the Clarity Bill (as previously trailed here), Bernie Sanders Vows To Take On Crypto Ahead Of 2026 Elections (Crypto News).
Ultimately, alongside those 12 arguments against the Clarity Act, the bill looks to be up to a dozen Senate votes short.
